New drawings of found images of beached whales, shipwrecks and other scenes at sea. The subjects are floating against the flatness of the blank paper as if incomplete fragments of a dream or a half remember story. Allocating some references to childhood tales and science fiction, this work is a continuation of my interest in notions of distance and dislocation and the role of images to determine our individual sense of identity and place.

Serie de dibujos a partir de imagenes encontradas de balenas varadas, naufragios y otras escenas en el mar. Los sujetos estan flotando en el vacío del papel, como fragmentos incompletos de un sueño o una historia a medio recordar. Este trabajo es una continuación de mi interés el los conceptos de distancia y permutación y el papel de las imágenes para determinar nuestro sentido individual del tiempo y el espacio.
