An exhibition of new works by Hondartza Fraga that explore ideas of distance, mapping, space, travel and home. Working with drawing, video and animation as tools to question and reflect upon different aspects of the image-making processes and the structures we build to understand spaces beyond our scale; seemingly mundane and disparate subjects are de- and reconstructed, exposing their hidden dialogues and persistent references to marine and outer space environments. The works will be accompanied by an exhibition catalogue featuring an essay by Layla Bloom, curator of The Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery.

Opening Night 15th of August 6-9pm
Exhibition dates 15th-24th August 2012
