“Through my interest in the relationship between reality and fantasy, I seek to explore the contradiction that lays in the promise of perfection within these reconstructed worlds that can never be fulfilled, creating images filled with a sense of loss and nostalgia, that invite the viewer to inhabit and complete the work.”
The sheffield Pavilion book was launched in June 2007. HAG (Host Artist’s Group) was commisioned for the book and they presented their Host project 06: Beauty, inviting 16 artists to submit work under the theme Beauty. I presented a photograph of my series On Waiting.
