Lovell’s Shadow

This digital drawing, presented as a limited edition print, was inspired by the constrats between the Lovell telescope and the bucolic English landscape that surrounds it. Much like the work Arborescope, I was interested in suggesting impossible hybrids between organic and human-made structures. Originally part of a commission by Macclesfield Barnaby Festival in collaboration with Jodrell Bank, 2016.
